this one's not for the faint of heart, stubby fingered or weak of shoulder and back:

the description kinda stretches reality, but what a monster bass! Whhoo!

Nor those with thin wallets!

My first thought when I saw that was of the 6 stringer "Bonnie" that belonged to one of our members "Paul", who passed away a few years ago.
It isn't the same wood top as his but the size and overall body styling is similar.
That will be a great bass for someone and not for the faint hearted.

I would not be that person in either regard. But if I was, it would certainly check all the boxes.

Any idea what the seller is talking about re: "stock Series II electronics w/an added 4-way Filter"? Or is he just misunderstanding something about stock SII electronics?
-
not sure if the seller really know what he's talking about, he uses the same verbiage in all his listings as far as i can tell. must've got a little sloppy with the copy and paste this time around...
a rare 32" Medium Scale Bass w/its larger body also made famous by none other than my mentor, Stanley Clarke, whom I personally learned every lick from Clarke’s “School Days” album back in 1976, ....
i think i have some hip waders around here somewheres...

I have 2 Custom Spoilers with this spacing. A Flame koa 6 fretted and a 7 Cocobolo lined fretless. I can tell you that they are both easy to navigate. Over the years I have had all the scales Alembic offers and my preference is the 32 medium scale. Sometimes a leap of faith can be a positive life changing experience.
