2020 will be ending here in a few minutes so I just want to wish you all a safe, prosperous and happy 2021.

And to you and everyone.

We still have about 7.5 hours of 2020 left. Good riddance! I will be thrilled to put the whole year behind me. Worse ever!
Now looking forward, I wish all of my extended Alembic family a healthy, happy, prosperous, and, in about three weeks, less orange New Year, and especially a safe return to stages and audiences.

Some one told us they were uneasy about the New Year; sounds like "2020 won"........
But, we're (well, too few, but most of us) still here and it's gone (53 minutes from now here) - and all I can say to it is a quote from my maternal grandfather: "Don't let the doorknobs hit you on the asshole on your way out!"
Peter (who apologizes for using such language here - but Pap doesn't stand up well to Bowdlerizing......)

Wishing everyone a safe, healthy, and musical 2021... Let's dance!

Happy New Year to all of you! This group has been a touchstone of community in the strangest year of my life. May you all have a wonderful enlightening healthful 2021.

It *HAS* been an extremely difficult year, not only for me (my wife passed away) but for all of you, as well. I wish each and every one of us, a very Happy New Year.

happy new year everyone! it's been a very weird year and I can't wait to go to and play shows again...it's funny. 2019 was such an amazing year for me with some rather amazing twists (I found out I have an older half-sister being the craziest) so I was hoping for a cool 2020; we all know how that turned out, but at least I kept my job, and I had to move for the first time in 21 years...I am hoping that 2021 will turn around so I can actually meet my sister in Scotland!

Dan - so sorry, I didn't know about your loss.
I sincerely hope you are having success with moving through the grief.

My heart goes out to you, Dan. Such sad news.

Been there, gp. The grief was so painful, I often think I should have jumped in on top of the casket once it was lowered, and let them bury me too. I can tell you that you will outlive that pain, it will over the years recede to a manageable condition, but it will take quite a while. I watched her go down in front of me for 18 months, and it took part of me with her. I'd only thought I'd had my heart broken, but this was a terrible yardstick that dwarfed any previous pains.
My Very Best to You, and you hang in there.

Thanks, Joey. It's nice to know at least somebody understands...and you do, really. Now, let's get on with some BASS PLAYIN'!!!!! (Lookin' for a smiley of some sort....!)
