Beat me to it! LOL - actually, I overslept and didn't realize it was going to start at 9 AM Pacific!
Phil's Alembic looks and sounds great!

I’m trying to watch, but it keeps turning itself off and forcing me to press play again. Not fun.

YouTube dropped the stream due to copywrite issues
I'm watching on Twitch, haven't had any problems yet

Same here - both Facebook & YouTube stopped mid-song. I went to the FANS site, gave 'em my email, been watching from the one at the top of the page: https://fans.com/livestream/20200705-fare-thee-well/ (https://fans.com/livestream/20200705-fare-thee-well/)
2nd show starts at 1:00 pm!

Just got back from dropping off the rental car. Trying Twitch. Hope this will work better.

Twitch is better, but still dropping out and reloading every song or two.

Made it through all nine hours! Whew!
Wrote some reflections, mostly some tidbits I found in a Trey interview: Fare Thee Well Reflections (https://hieronymousseven.wordpress.com/2020/07/06/fare-thee-well-reflections/)
I thought the Attics of My Life was beautiful.

I went to the two shows at Santa Clara (with a stop at the mothership in between). The song selection and playing the first night was fantastic, and the Meyer sound system was incredible! :)

I also went to both Levis shows. That was a great setlist the first night, especially the “Live Dead” series of Dark Star>St.Stephen>The Eleven>Lovelight. And I will never forget the amazing appearance of the rainbow over Levis! I admit I initially wasn’t thrilled over the choice of Trey, but after the two shows, I thought he did a great job and really fit in well. I also paid for the streams from Chicago, and recorded them. Unfortunately, I lost the recordings when Comcast upgraded my box. It was nice to see them again, though constantly losing the stream and re-booting was a hassle. And, given the reality of the times we are living in, being able to pick up my guitar and jam along from my couch was as close to playing in a band as I’ve come in the last four months!
And it seemed appropriate that after spending the previous four days driving across the country while listening to the Dead Channel on SiriusXM for 14 hours a day, I got to come home, collapse on the couch, and watch the Dead all day!
I did hear more Dead & Co. on the drive than I had before. They really need a few shots of expresso! Gimme the real thing!

My favorite quote from the Trey interview in Relix:
“Bobby is Mr. Slow Down,” Anastasio goes on. “He is patient, comfortable—no rush. Sometimes I’d be like, ‘You really want to play this song that slow?’”
I only saw the second Levis show - I liked these three Chicago shows much better. I feel like Trey was in a difficult position and did a great job considering. He didn't seem to get to the point of being able to let go very much which is what the Dead needs but takes time to develop...

Alligator, cream puff war, Born cross eyed , and what’s become of the baby were amazing to see live (thanks Phil! :) ) and certainly a tip of the hat to the beginning and a few of the older folks in the crowd. That was the most Laid back Dead-related show I had seen in a very very long time. And yes, Bill, the rainbow was awesome (Jerry was in the house) :)
