Just got my first Alembic! Want to know as much as possible about it. Thanks in advance.

Congratulation and Welcome!
Beautiful bass you have there!

I'm pretty sure this bass belonged to another Club Member here. If it isn't the same bass, it came from the same Bocate board.

Bump
-
It looks fairly "stock" to me, so it probably have a 5 piece Maple Neck with Walnut stripes, Mahogany body, Maple accent and Bocate top (assuming Gregory knows better). It has MXY-5 PUs and usual Europe guts with Volume, Pan and Filter Pots along with Lows Boost/Cut, Highs Boost/Cut and (probably) on/off "Q" switches. If you are not used to Alembics, that "Q" adds a bump near cutoff frequency enhancing mids at filtering point (so it works together with the filter knob and can sound sort like a Wha in a intermediary position). Newer versions have 3 position Q switch, adding a more gentle peaking boost between nothing and full on.
Initial numerals in SN indicates the production year, so your Bass was finished in 1996.
