Just a word of warning. Instrument lookups are handled on a time available basis so sometimes they are responded to quickly and other times it might take a while. Due to COVID-19 restrictions in most of the USA it might take even longer to handle the lookup. So if this is a time sensitive request you might not get the information in the time you need it.

Welcome to the club!

As Keith already explained sometimes it can take time before a serial number lookup can be done. Meanwhile, depending on what it is you need to know about the instrument some of the members here may be able to help if you post pictures and any specific questions.

Here's what I found in the instrument file:

top: Buckeye Burl
accent: Purpleheart pinstripe, Maple accent laminate
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple with Walnut veneers
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony
side markers: aluminum
inlays: just says shell! You can probably tell is abalone or mother of pearl
peghead shape: Knobby
body shape: Triple Omega v.III
pickups: 2 AXY plus a non-functional HX
birthday: March 2, 2004
originally sold to: Bass World UK

Let me know what the inlays look like so I can get that recorded in the file, thanks!

Hi Mica,
The neck inlays are indeed Mother of Pearl  on this stunning bass.
It is, without a doubt, the most beautiful bass that I have, but I am thinning out my collection as I near my seventies.
Thank you for the other details which I am passing onto the new owner today.
Best regards....
