Instrument end: Tip Ring and Sleeve plug
Effector end: 2 Tip and Sleeve plugs
For guitar electronics with the effects loop feature.
The tip of the instrument end goes to the effector's input jack and the ring of the instrument gets the signal back from the effector's output jack.
