Interesting read Jazzy, thanks for posting. I'm not educated enough to have much of an opinion, but I found the 'leniency for admission' clause particularly interesting. Works kinda' like what we would call making a plea bargain here, I guess.

I doubt whether it will affect me as whilst I love strats and have tried a number of them over the years when new ones come out and I have to say none sound significantly different or better than my 91 Stratocaster Ultra or my alembic powered strat. So there is little chance I will be buying a new strat anytime soon.
