It might be able to power a headphone (depending on what you use) but it's not set up for that, so you'd have to rig a stereo to mono adapter or use a separate headphone amp. It's a preamp, not a power amp.

To rig it for connection to headphones the adaptors at the rear 1/4" jacks would be two male TS 1/4" to one female TRS 1/4" OR 1/8" to the headphones. Results might vary depending on the headphone impedance. As per Edwin ,a headphone preamp might be appropriate to increase the gain .
