Brother Peter "Cozmik Cowboy" and Mrs. Cowboy will be in town and crashing at our place Friday night, April 5th. Thought it might be fun to get a little dinner party together with some of our local members? A buddy of mine's wife owns a couple of local Thai restaurants where we would be treated very nicely. Any interest?

Wish I could have gone! Sounds like it was fun.

It was great to meet you both Peter !

Unfortunately no pics. But I still have some left over Chinese food in the fridge! Fun dinner, then messing around with guitars and bass till after midnight. I just keep meeting the nicest people on this forum. Enjoy the rest of your trip, Mr. and Mrs. Cowboy!

And should anyone be wondering, Brother Panzer has some really nice guitars!
I didn't plug in Old No. 10, but it was thrill to play even unplugged. And 2 days down the road, I'm still drooling over his Beardsell!
Peter (who definitely needs to practice a bunch before the next trip; Bill & Wolf sounded great - once I put the Fernandes down......)

Sorry Jen and I were unable to make it, sounds like a good time and it would have been nice to meet Peter and Mrs. Cowboy. Hope the rest of your trip goes well, travel safe!

On second thought, I don't think it was the Fernandes I out down; I think it was a Bill-built Warmoth body/Modulus neck/Alembic electronics number (also very nice).
Sorry for the confusion; I have become a lightweight in my old age, and Bill is, along with his other talents, a fine farmer......

Every time I read one of these threads, I get twitchy to go out west. This could be the year. Really not much reason not to go.

Come on out, Gregory. A visit to the Mothership, just an hour north of here, is a must!
