One of the real greats of jazz guitar. Sad to see this.

I don't think I knew of him.  That was a nice article in the Ottawa Citizen.  And yes; his playing was wonderful.

I had never heard of him; I concur with Dave, his playing was, indeed, wonderful - plus he gets style points fo0r playing jazz on a Tele!

I've been a long time fan. He brought straight ahead to non-traditional guitars. A master.
