no cracks, normal? lamination pull on back of headstock, see pic

Yeah...that should be rebiult at Alembic.
I see someone had different thoughts ???

My guess is someone already glued and clamped the broken scarf joint up, as it's clearly taken a shot at some point. I'd probably have worded the ad differently, but by most accounts I've ever read, LowEnd Bass Shop is known to be a pretty reputable dealer.

Here's another one on Reverb a short-scale Series I (https://reverb.com/item/11877486-alembic-series-i-ss) that is described as having "headstock laminate cracks." The second and third photos suggest something a bit more catastrophic. Except for these "lamination cracks" the bass appears to be in fairly good condition and reasonably priced.
