Hi, this is my second Alembic bass and it is an Excel 03X13159USA with 2 pickups and 4 controls in a row.
It plays wonderful and feels great! Thank you for making such beautiful instruments!
Can you please give me the specs of this guitar and a history of this guitar and the control layout?

Welcome to the club and congratulations on getting your second Alembic. The link below should help you with the control layout unless you have a custom configuration. What was your first Alembic bass?

accent: Purpleheart laminate
body: Ash
body: 3-piece Maple with Walnut pinstripes
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: none
pickups: MXY and FatBoy
controls: volume, pan, bass, treble, mono output
originally made for: Guitar Showcase, CA
birthday: December 12, 2003
