This one will take a little while. I had to temporarily move something rather heavy in front of the filing cabinet that houses this record, and it's blocking 2 drawers. It will be about a week before I can get access, sorry!

The original owner was in Florida. I have a little scribble in the file that it was offered on eBay on 12/22/2000
