This was a custom ordered bass.

top: Bubbly Maple*
body: Mahogany
back: Bubbly Maple
neck: Maple and Purpleheart
scale: 30.75" short
fingerboard: ebony
inlays: mother of pearl
peghead veneers: Maple
tuning keys: Schaller
originally made for: custom order through Swissvale Music, PA
birthday: April 5, 1984

That's what's on the wood card. On the sales order, there are these other details that may or may not be on the bass:
Exploiter style headstock
extra light strings
brass Kahler tremolo

*Same as Quilted Maple

Mica - I am ready to send the bass back "home" to have the S/N restored, along with an RF upgrade and maybe a spa treatment.

What do I need to do to initiate this?
