89 Alembic Spoiler, SN:8955462, Flame Maple, Ruby Red Translucent w/original Hard Case $2000.00 +$150 shipping in US.   Amazing Bass in every way, just too heavy for me now.   The case shows normal wear and tear and bass is in perfect condition, except  cracking of veneer near input  (see last photo for this damage.)

I believe a closer look at the serial number will reveal that the first 5 is actually an S... 89 S 5462 USA, being about the right sequence for mid/late 1989 production.   ;)

Thanks, I believe you are correct on that serial numbers starting with an S!
