No idea but it's not an Alembic and the logo on the scratchplate looks like it's been photoshopped rather than engraved into the plate.

The Pan company sent us a guitar about 30 years ago and asked us what we would do to improve it. We sent it back to them with a list of points to improve. They incorporated some of the suggestions, and decided to market it with our name, much to our surprise. Does anybody else think the inlaid "PAN"/"PAN" decal on the headstock looks like it used the font also used by the band "YES"?

MIJ Squires can be nice, but they need better pickups.
