No idea but it's not an Alembic and the logo on the scratchplate looks like it's been photoshopped rather than engraved into the plate.

The Pan company sent us a guitar about 30 years ago and asked us what we would do to improve it. We sent it back to them with a list of points to improve. They incorporated some of the suggestions, and decided to market it with our name, much to our surprise. These guitars don't have anything do with Alembic, other than the hopeful use of our trademark."

Does anybody else think the inlaid "PAN"/"PAN" decal on the headstock looks like it used the font also used by the band "YES"?

MIJ Squires can be nice, but they need better pickups.
