Yes, I spend entirely too much time staring out a windshield with nothing much to occupy my mind - so I come up with things like this.
We are all familiar with various siblings in bands together, but what about siblings with separate music careers? Leaving out coat-tail acts like Mike McGear & Simon Townshend, I come up with these:
Pete, Peggy, and Mike Seeger
Joan and Mimi Baez
James, Livingston, & Kate Taylor
Christy Moore & Luka Bloom
Ronnie & Donnie Van Zandt (yes, I limit it to those 2; the Johnnie Van Zandt Band never really did anything, and I don't recognize Lynyrd Synyrd: The Graverobber Edition as legitimate)
John & Mario Cipollina
Stevie & Jimmie Vaughn
Dusty & Rocky Hill
Loretta Lynne & Chrystal Gayle
Angus/Malcom & George Young
Harry & Tom Chapin
Fred & Ed Holstein
Who am I missing?
Peter (who really needs to find a job that engages his brainpan, so he can spare you this nonsense)
-
I can think of Edgar and Johnnie Winter. Michael and Rudolph Schenker did play together in the Scorpions on a couple of albums but their careers were mostly separate. Michael and Janet Jackson.
-
Carlos and Jorge (Malo) Santana
Jorma and Peter Kaukonen
Peter and Chris/Lorin Rowan

How could i have missed them???

I guess I knew that, but they're outside my frame of reference - but in the sometimes-together-sometimes separate category I'll add Artie & Happy Traum.
Michael and Janet Jackson.
Ever see them together? I suspect they're the same person.......
Carlos and Jorge (Malo) Santana
Jorma and Peter Kaukonen
Peter and Chris/Lorin Rowan
John and Mario Cipollina
Bill, tgo
Three more "D'oh!" moments (I got John & Mario).

If I'm not mistaken, Bill, you edited just as I hit quote (adding the Rowans & Cipollinas), and again while I was typing (cutting John & Mario).
Peter
-
Sylvester & Frank Stallone? That's all I could come up with - not two musicians but two separate "careers"
-
Yea, Peter, I was surprised you missed the Santanas and the Kaukonens.
Branford and Wynton Marsalis
Barry/Robin/Maurice and Andy Gibb

Jimmy Heath, Percy Heath, and Albert Heath.
-
The Wooten brothers.
-
Tommy Emmanuel and his brother Phil, who died just yesterday.
-
Otis, Dexter and Otis III Redding
-
Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey.
-
Oteil and Kofi Burbridge
-
There's Dan and Frankie Toler, but they didn't really have separate careers as many of the projects that Frankie was in were bands that Dan was in as well.
-
Maybe,
*Bob Weir and James Parber
*Ray and Dave Davies (Post Kinks)
*Django and Nin-Nin Reinhardt (Post 1943)
*Brian, Carl, and Dennis Wilson (Post Brian Wilson-era Beach Boys and Dennis Wilson's solo album/drowning)
*Randy and Kelli Rhoads
*Leon and Jimi Hendrix
?
-
Rick Wakeman's kids.
-
Billy and Whitey Bulgar. Oh wait, that's a different arena altogether.
-
Michael and Tito Jackson
Michael and Janet Jackson
Michael and LaToya Jackson
Michael Anthony and Marc Anthony (separated at birth?)
-
*Carmine and Vinny Appice
Now this is getting difficult without trying and failing to make puns...
So, these are a bit of a stretch, maybe:
*Randy California (solo) and Ed Cassidy (solo), not siblings, but...
*Dweezil and Moon Zappa, absenting certain Zappa Family collaborations.
*King of Swing, Benny Goodman and Harry Goodman, Jazz bassist with Gene Krupa and Allan Reuss
*The Marx Brothers (ensemble) and Harpo Marx (solo, sorta pulled out the air, for real)
-
The Andrews Sisters and Julie Andrews
Bing and David Crosby
The Lennon Sisters and John
Billie Joe and Louie Armstrong
The Allman Brothers after they broke up.
-
Phil and Grahame Lesh (not siblings, but related)
Chris and Oliver Wood
Julian and Nate Adderly
Lee and George Liberace (business partners at least)
Victor and Roy Wooten
-
Barry/Robin/Maurice and Andy Gibb
Bill, tgo
