This looks like one that has been up for sale a number of times in recent years. Now if the seller "GAVE" it to me it would have a great secure happy life making music. ;-)

That is Joey's Big Green Bass. I hope it finds some love somewhere soon. It really is a nice bass, and Joey took great care of it. If I was still a 5 string player, I would have kept it. The bridge spacing is 16mm, so I liked it since I use a pick.

Very similar to what I play (and love), but I have to imagine that tight spacing is not for everyone.

I ordered it with the '5-string classic taper' fingerboard dimensions:  2" at the nut, 2.5" at the last fret.  I prefer it as an alternative to a lot of 5-strings (yamahas . . . . . . ) that really flare out as you go up the neck.

I have an europa like that and whilst I don't know the string spacing I think it is pretty much the same as this bass above. In my naivety that aspect didn't even come into my mind at all when I bought my bass but it did take a while to get used to it. Now i'm used to it and interchange between basses with different string spacing without skipping a beat. I'm a fingers player and the only difficulty is if I want to do double thumbing, but that isn't that often. I hope it finds a new owner.

I owned this one for a short while. Nice bass, but listed for way more than I paid for it a year and a half ago (seriously overpriced now, if you ask me)...  I had no issues playing finger style on this bass.
