Title: Ronnie Laws bassie with alembic essence 6?

I had a look carefully when the bassie got a close up and certainly looks like an essence with a large body.
Anyone know his name?

The bass player is Carl Holmes. He is part of a local Detroit band called RYZ. Here is another video of them playing with Ronnie Laws. The bass solo starts about 4:40 into it.

Nice bass work and the drum solo was pretty sweet too!!
