Dean Ween (Mickey Melchiando) just got his custom Further guitar a few days ago and took it out for a spin. Jenny Lee took this picture in New Hope, PA.
-
And so you can see this guitar in color...
-
I love the top wood on this guitar; and the position of the blade switch - parallel to the neck. Beautiful guitar!
-
Is that Amboyna Burl on top?
Bill, tgo
-
Beautiful!

Is that Amboyna Burl on top?
Nope, Quilted Coco Bolo
-
Pretty amazing! (Plus, I've actually BEEN to New Hope!!)
-
I agree Dave. That is some of the nicest wood I've seen on a guitar.

Prominent placement of the inlay by Jambase!

Lots of great photos showing up with Mickey and his new guitar. Andy Ruddock has quite a few on his Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/browndogfilms/photos/rpp.47133111425/10154790237711426/?type=3&theater) plus some great shots of Dave Dreiwitz as well!

Oooo... I like that omega-cut headstock. :o

There's quite a nice post from Mickey from October 1 on the Dean Ween Group Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/deanweengroup).
Here's a detail of the fingerboard inlay in sterling silver and mother of pearl. Read about the Boognish (http://www.ween.net/ween-the-boognish.html) if you don't already know.
Also, thought you might want to see the back of this beaut!
