Could you please give me the history on #853833. Elderly neighbor has had it in her garage for over 4 years. Husband who has passed away purchased it a a pawn shop she thinks.
Thank you,

Here's what I found in the instrument file:
serial number: 85 3833
model name: Series I
model number: MSBI4
top: Rosewood
accent: Maple laminate
body: Mahogany
back: Rosewood
neck: Maple and Purpleheart
scale: 32" medium
fingerboard: Ebony
birthday: December 24, 1985
There's no other details in the file. From the photos I'd say this was Indian Rosewood. It's very nice what you are doing for your neighbor.

I've added a detail from your photo to the file: "Standard Point body shape with extended upper horn" any prospective buyer would want to know this information.
