Interesting electronics. Is this one of the older basses with the dummy PU in the body cavity? Neck wood recipe is cool to. It would be great to here this one if someone here buys it.

I have a blank spot on a wall ...between my Reid Hudson upright and Guillame Azoulay 'horses'.
Just asking for this piece of bass art!

For one this early yes the hum canceler would be in the body.  It looks like a Series 1 with master volume.

That brass plate between the pickups looks sooo familiar - just know I've seen that somewhere before...  ::)   ;D

Nice looking bass and seems to be in good condition, but even with a favorable exchange rate that's still $6.700 US for a Series I.  It's pretty clear why its been up several time without a sale. He'll need to find someone who is a collector and really needs to have this vintage instrument to get that price.
