Pretty good deal, if it's in halfway decent shape someone should grab this.

I saw it . I intend to ask for the serial number to make sure this is not a stolen item .
-
Wow - someone please buy this. It's taunting me!
-
Geez, that couch has seen better days...
-
I emailed the seller and asked for the serial number .
-
The seller responded that his wife was in charge of the sale and that he could send me the serial number when he " gets back " . He did also mention that he was waiting for the first caller to look at the instrument . I make no claim on this instrument as I am happy with mine . It is just of interest to me that it is legitimate .

Geez, that couch has seen better days... As Twocan said. I am guessing the bass is the same. If it is too good to be true, it probably is. I could be wrong, so hats off to anyone swinging at the fences on this one. Good Luck!!

Post has been deleted - whew, I was getting tempted! :P

I jumped right on that. But like sonicus, I was informed I was second in line.
I hope the listing was innocuous, and that someone walked away with an amazing deal, but my radar was set off--$900 just seems like a very specific number, yet not even the most cursory Google search of "Alembic" is going to pull up numbers in that range. Strange-ola.
