Title: Switchcraft L5F connector
Post by: bass51 on December 10, 2016, 11:51:01 AM
What do we use to replace this connector? I can't find it anywhere online, not even from Switchcraft. What are us vintage Series II players to do?
Mica?

Lenny,

I have been using the Neutrik connectors for this instead of Switchcraft.   I get them from Markertek.com pretty cheap.   Just go to their site and search for Neutrik 5 pin female connector.

If you are in a pinch, I have an extra 5-pin cable you can use.   I'm in Metairie like you.

Thanks, Michael. I found an A5M on their website, a straight female connector.

I intend to use the pin/solder component and insert it into the L-exterior component. Looks like it can work. I am reusing another original L5F from a hundred years ago until this arrives!

BTW, how can my posts from the other forum be applied to my account here?
