Peter, I really like that, it would be a great poster in my music room.
So how long did it take and how many people to set up the infamous wall of sound?
-
I don't know how many people, but part of the financial drain of it was that they had to have 2 whole sysytems (and rigging crews) leap-frogging the venues because of set-up time; in Grateful Dead Gear (p. 143) Dennis McNally says set-up took 2 days.
Peter (who also sent that meme to every Marshall owner or wanna-be-owner he knows 8) )

Two whole stage and rigging systems but only one "wall of sound", second stage and scaffolding would be sent ahead to the next venue. Amazing experiment that in the end was not terribly practical but it needed to be done.

Hey Cowboy, something like this?

Is there a way to embed from my files without using a URL, or do I just have to attach?
Peter

Peter; just attach.
Interestingly, the older I get, the less inclined I am to move speaker cabs.

Yes, twodays to buid up only the backline. Unsurpassed.
