I'm currently juggling 3 bands, first 2 have a facebook presence.
1. Full Circle function band. Not much enthusiasm amongst the band members to keep this going :( but you never know, it could start moving along again - we are playing a charity gig at Electric Circus, Edinburgh , Friday 13th may.
2. The 117. Hard rock, mainly originals plus a few originals. Only joined this band a month ago. First gig is tonight at Box, Glasgow then June 5th at WhistleBinkies in Edinburgh.
3. Rehearsing with an as yet unnamed soul / blues outfit.
Will hopefully be able to post some pics soon.

The 117 will be playing at Box in Glasgow again this coming Saturday, 9pm onwards.
On August 20th, Full circle will be performing throughout the day at the Crieff highland games/family fun day. We'll be sticking to a mix of Scottish band covers (e.g. deacon blue, franz Ferdinand) and ceilidh tunes.

Tomorrow I'll be on stage at various times from 1pm through to around 8pm with my functions band at the Crieff Highland Fling. Some of my more aggressively scots bandmates will be wearing the Kilt. I'll most likely tie some tartan to my instruments to show solidarity :-)

Curious Graeme... what is the meaning of the band name- "The 117"?
(The route I often take to gigs is called the 116...) ;D
-
Something to do with the band's rehearsal rooms I believe - they've been together for a few years before I joined.
-
The 117 will be playing at Behind the Wall in Falkirk this Friday from about 9pm onwards.
