Title: My New Skylark
Post by: butts on October 12, 2005, 01:34:32 PM
Hello all!!!  I've been lurking around this site for awhile and just wanted to make some comments about my new Wineburst Skylark. I'm an amateur guitar player who has been dreaming of picking up an Alembic guitar for sometime now.  My wife finally gave me the go ahead and I pulled the string last week.  What a great move.  The Skylark is everything I imagined it would be.  I had never played one before so I took a big leap of faith as Mr. Wickersham said.  The craftmanship and the sounds of this guitar are impeccable.  I was looking for a very versitile instrument and that is exactly what the Skylark is.  I just can't put the guitar down.

As for the customer service, Alembic is second to none.  They  have been so kind and helpful and have made this purchase a joy.  Making a purchase w/ Alembic is like making a deal w/ your best friend.  They make sure you are satisfied and treat you like family.  I would recommend making a purchase through Alembic even if it means paying a few extra dollars.  They are that good.  Thanks to all at Alembic who were involved in the making and sale of this guitar.  You have done a fantastic job and I am quite impressed.  Have a Grateful day!

David,

Welcome and congratulations on your Skylark. I have had my Skylark for a little over a year now and I'm still completely thrilled with it. We would love to see some pictures of your new guitar. Drop in on the showcase section and add yours to the Skylark group.

Tom

Love the Skylark electronics...just complicated enough.
