Title: Grateful Dead Soundman Don Pearson - RIP

Ultrasound (the supplier/operator of the Dead's PA from '80 to '95) co-owner/founder Don Pearson passed away yesterday. Here's the link to the obituary blurb on the Dead's site:

While he wasn't a performer in the classic sense, his contribution to the Dead's music was important and it's always a sad day to hear of the demise of any member of the Dead's extended family.
