Title: Ordering a gig bag from the store

Hey,
 
I put an order in to Alembic via email to the order email address a while back but have yet to hear from anyone.  Is there a secret to getting something like this started?  How long should one wait to hear back?

The secret is to call them on the phone to order. :-)
