That's from the Rolling Stones Rock n' Roll Circus DVD that came out a few years back. I think I did a review here?  
 
Very worthwhile disc...although Stones fans might feel disappointed: Brian Jones was incohesive and that, coupled with the lack of rehearsals/practice, resulted in sub-par performances. Mick blocked this for decades because of that. The Who performances are stunning, however (A Quick One was on The Kids Are Alright DVD).
