I haven't seen this posted here, and was really surprised to see it - we were at Haight St. yesterday in San Francisco and saw this, right next to the Red Vic movie house:

It's called the Alembic Bar (http://www.alembicbar.com/ target=_blank). I've never been myself, don't really hang out in the Haight at night time. Anyone been there? Maybe we should gather some Alembic Club members and make a road trip!
