Just followed a Mark King YouTube link and then did a little noseying around and found  this superb video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkOYGlI-zoo&feature=related target=_blank) of French-Canadian bassman, Alain Caron.

Alain Caron..absolutley fine player..have one of CD's..very funky and jazzy,  uses all types of basses, 6,5, 4 and fretless..

Couldn't access YT 'cos I was at work but this is my favourite number by Alain, it's from the CD 'Rhythm 'n' Jazz'.
The electric piano solo on the vid replaces the guitar solo on the album which I think sounds far more funky.
