I found this on another forum I frequent- Jack Conte- Out of Nowhere Videosong.
 
It's not the genre of music I normally prefer, but I thought this was worth sharing- I just wish he had waited to shave the beard until after he had recorded the vocals. I was confused for a bit. =)

I think it might be the circus based background rhythm combined with the Oompa Loompa dance.  =)
