Don't forget the celebrity connection.  After all, it was owned by the father of a guitar player from Nine Inch Nails, and Guns and Roses.
 
I've got a beater acoustic that was played by the cousin of a friend of a guy who swears that he once met the guitar player from Bread.  That connection alone ought to make it worth a least 10k.
