I knew him and I am very sad to hear of his passing.
Pete had his shop down the street from me.
He was able to converse on a broad spectrum of topics .
He was quite an inventive Musician and an independent free thinker.
You will not be forgotten my friend ________________________
Surely he has a new Gig playing Celestial Music in another Dimension .

That's very sad,
There are some loving comments on this page (http://www.eastbayexpress.com/EarBud/archives/2010/05/03/peter-webster-of-guitar-o-rama-dies-in-bike-accident target=_blank)
We need more Pete Websters in this world, not less.

I hung out with him at his store a couple of times and bought a modulus neck from him for a great price. Very nice guy. He knew a lot about guitars and had quite a collection of old guitars and parts at his shop. Sad news.
May the four winds blow you safely home.
