Is it o.k. to post a quote from a wikipedia article?
I assume wikipedia is public domain, but we all know what happens when one assumes.

Bill, Many of the Wikipedia pages have further attribution in the references area of their subject pages. Because a quote may have come from another resource that they referenced I believe it to be beneficial to add attribution for any resource. I'm sure that this will be discussed further but wanted to share my opinion. Thanks, Art
Here are the Terms of Use for Wikipedia (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Terms_of_Use target=_blank). Their policy... use it freely with exceptions (of course)... so who determines these exceptions - LOL. This is why I feel as I do in regard to attribution.
