Title: Moog Taurus III Bass pedals
Post by: tubeperson on July 12, 2010, 12:48:21 PM
Fellow club members, I have purchased a set of the new Taurus III bass pedals.  Any help in shortening the learning curve (except for the cause of my G.A.S.) would be most helpful and informative.  I began my electronic education in High School (many lives ago) with the AKS synthi (seen in the Dark Side of the Mood/Live from Pompeii Pink Floyd video.  Thanks!!!!

I've got them too - congrats! I really haven't put in enough time with them. I think my next step is to install the latest OS - you can find a discussion of it here (http://www.moogmusic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=9502 target=_blank). And of course check out the other threads over there.

Some of the things I encountered were: adjusting the tuning of the presets, saving presets that I liked for performance, actually I think that's all I've really done!

I've got some recordings that I've done but will have to post them later.
