Hallo to all. I don't know if it's the right place to ask something. My bro has a Marshall JMP super lead 100 guitar head (not the reissue but the old one). This amp have not a gain and effect loop. He wants to add a preamp with gain on it. The problem is that he plugin the preamp into the input so it uses like a pedal and he doesn't take the result that he wants. Does anyone knows if there is a way to add an effect loop to the amp to plugin the preamp or something else. Sorry for my English.

Two channels, and double inputs per channel, right? You could run an instrument cable from the second input of the first channel, to the external pre-amp, and return the output of that preamp to the first or second input of the second channel.
Be careful with your levels - I'm not an expert on electronics, and other members have beter insight into these matters ...

I am likewise no electronics expert, but I would not plug a preamp into the input; in my youth I decided my stereo wasn't loud enough to properly irritate my parents & plugged the headphone out - basically a preamp - into my Norma bass combo amp; fried solid state doesn't give the same stink as fried tube electronics, but it wasn't pretty. Goodbye, Norma.
