Though no instruments were present I did have the pleasure of a very nice dinner with club members Graeme Jackson, Mike Pisanek, and the lovely and charming Joan Pisanek. My wife Debi and I were in Edinburgh on vacation and were able to meet up with Graeme and Mike. Great guys indeed. We had a very enjoyable time.
I was going to upload a couple of photos but it seems they are too big. I'll get around to resizing them later.

I certainly enjoyed meeting you and Debi and I'm glad you had a great time over here. Hope you managed to see all the things on your list. Sandra was pretty disappointed to have missed you as she really enjoys meeting new people as much as I do. One day we'll return the favour ;-)

It was great to meet you and Debi!  Both Graeme and I really enjoy meeting new people, especially Alembic players!  Both of our wives usually just come along to humor us.  Joan and I really had a nice time and are very sorry that we did not get to catch up with you before you left here.
 
Hopefully we will get the chance to meet again soon.

We did have plans to have basses, but unfortunately, we had to change that.

The official rules say that as long as you talk about Alembics it's an official club meeting; and going out to eat together is worth extra points.  Congrats on getting together!
