Title: Charlie Rose theme song

Has anyone noticed the Fat bass sound on his show?
Sounds like an Alembic to me, I was just curious to see if anyone else had come to the same conclusion.
 
(it sounds much better than the 'Law and Order' bass lick)

I've noticed it (although it's been quite a while since I last heard it).  And I never knew what to think.  I tend to think it might be a keyboard, but I don't know.
