At least those songs got some message (social issues?) compared to Lady Gaga's songs. Ha ha ha.
Strange how things got into this. After several years listening to shallow lirics and artists who have nothing to say, now we can hear ordinary people that never intended to make art talking about life facts in the same artificial way all those blockbuster musical productions have being doing.

That auto-tune tone makes me sick anytime I hear them...

I believe this was inspired by the Bed Intruder Song, which to my understanding kicked off the turn news into music via auto tune fad. It's also quite hilarious if you're never seen it, even though the subject of the news story really isn't a laughing matter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUvNZ6u6pLc (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUvNZ6u6pLc)

Auto-tune makes me sick too...it seems to be everywhere...what's really sick is that ten years after everyone's stopped using it, it will be be back...Tony
