Built-in overdrive, of course.  
 
It had reverb, but the only function of the reverb currently seems to be to create an annoying buzz.

I think you mean atmospheric textures.

I had one like it in 1985. I think they were made at a Ampeg factory in St. Louis Mo. You couldn't tell by hearing it.
