Post by: cozmik_cowboy on November 11, 2011, 07:38:43 AM
Gorbash live at the Skagway, AK F.O.E. lodge last week; Henry Burnham guitar & lead vocal, Stephen Burnham bass, David Gerlach drums & b/g vocals

Sean O'Farrell (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZDU2zoEU_4&feature=email) (John Keegan Casey poem from 1865 with their music)

More songs linked at Y-Tube.  Not my favorite of the bands he's been in, and I prefer to listen to his guitaring, but I still gots to brag on him.

Cool!  Not exactly my type of music, but at least he's not out stealing cars and, more importantly, if the girls like it that's all that counts!  lol

Exactly, Bill.  Like I said, not my favorite of his bands.  Knowing what he listens to (not that different from me) and how he described this project to me, I wasn't expecting something so grungy.  But, he's happy with it & playing well, so cool.  He says they drew 40-50 people for the gig; considering that the whole town is ~250 in the off-season, that ain't bad at all.

ps - I mistyped in the OP - Stephen does b/g vocals as well
