Underrated as a bass player in my opinion.  He didn't have blazing chops---but his lines were always interesting.  Some distorted triple-stops throughout Sabotage; phased P-bass honk-and-grind in Looking Down the Barrel of a Gun; neato note choices played on upright on Pass the Mic...just a few examples of fine bass playin'.

I agree with Will D.
Adam layed down some seriously groovy bass lines.
 
We happened to have Gunning for that #1 Spot from Netflix at home this weekend. It was directed by Adam - great soundtrack on that.
