Title: R.I.P. John Harrison
Post by: sonicus on June 29, 2012, 04:32:15 PM
I just made a phone call to my trusted old speaker tech/reconer
John Harrison and was informed by his business partner  Thom  with shocking news that he had past away in his sleep earlier in the week.  I have done business with John for a few decades. This is truly SAD ______.  He was only 3 years older then me.

Sad news.  I too knew John. The hemp cone Tone Tubby speakers he developed are fine speakers used by Santana, among many others.  John was a character and I enjoyed hanging with him when I found myself in his shop.

May the four winds blow you safely home.

Bill, tgo
