its a shame a man cant standup against gun violence in his community, but its not an alembic he's playing looks like an ibanez or something.

It's a Peavey Cirrus.
 
Very unfortunate, I guess you're gonna need to belong to the AFM . . . and the NRA.  I do.  And at 1:30AM, I don't answer the door with an ALEMBIC . . . .
