Ever seen a robot play bass? This isn't triggered sounds, it's actual bass strings being picked & fretted by a machine!

That is pretty cool, but I still miss seeing a big ol' chunk of Coco Bolo behind it.

You should read the pdf file that explains the design concept and construction..it's extremely good engineering and explains the various mathmatical parameters on note pitch and MIDI interface
I guess the guy passed his degree with honours!!
I love stuff like that, whatever the application!
