Title: Need Suggestions For SImple Music Editing Program

Help!  I need a good (hopefully free) simple, easy to use, editing program.  I have some recordings (wav) of rehearsals with several songs on one file which I'd like to cut up into separate individual songs and cut out some of the talking and dead air.  Nothing fancy.  I had one on my last computer, but I forgot which program it was.  Any suggestions?
