I was listening to this with headphones in a really altered state and I swear, I really feel Michael Landau uniquely channels Hendrix in this piece, along with Gary Novak doing a Mitch Mitchell on steroids routine. What do you folks think?

I'd agree that Mike can be thought of as a modern day extension of Hendrix, plus a mix of other influences (as we all are). He has a great and unique voice on the instrument - plus amazing control of the sounds he can make.

That sounded soooooooo good through the computer monitor.

That was nice! Thanks Sam.
So I thought I would watch another, and picked out this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=yBUtgpM3xXI&feature=endscreen). After a while, the camera pans away from Landau to the drummer and then even further right, when I was delighted to see a very nice Alembic, and then pans slightly up to a familiar face! Oh, and there's some nice guitar work on this one too.
