I have this hematoma (http://www.homebrewelectronics.com/products/hematoma-bass-overdrive target=_blank) - just the other day I looked up the word to find out what it really means.
It's easy to take the fact that Lemmy is still alive for granted - maybe he is mortal after all?

Lemmy isn't human. He'll kick this in the ass drink a bottle of Makers and jump right back up on stage.

To cancel a gig, it must on his hand or brain (the latter is a very bad thing).
I've never cared for Mot?rhead, but Lemmy's just so - well, so freakin' Lemmy - that you just gotta love him! Here's hoping for a full & rapid recovery.

Haematoma(UK spelling) - clotting of blood from a vein or artery, think bruise but in a body cavity it can be life threatening.
Mind you he did the extremes of everything in his younger days and it catches up opn you eventually.

Thoughts and prayers for the legendary Lemmy. . . Who by all accounts should kick this in the ass, drink a bottle of bourbon and pop up on stage with his beautiful custom Rickenbacker roaring through a stack of Marshall's. :-D
